Matt has been with MS-IL Staffing and Packaging since March of 2012. During this time, he has served the company in multiple roles. Most notably as a Sales Director and Regional Director for our Southern Region. During this time period, Matt was able to strengthen existing customer relationships, build new customer relationships, and develop our infrastructure to promote both internal and external growth. Prior to MS-IL Staffing and Packaging, Matt served as an Operations Manager in the automotive parts manufacturing industry. Matt’s broad industry knowledge and experience has made him an ideal fit to lead MS-IL Staffing in the COO role.
